The digital assets available through individual purchase or commercial licensing are owned by Bigelow Inventions, LLC (“we” or “us” or “our”). This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the terms between you and us under which you may use our digital assets. This acceptable use policy applies to everyone who uses our assets. Your use of our digital assets means that you accept, and agree to abide by, all the policies in this document.

PERMITTED USES
The following list describes what you can do with our digital assets based method of acquisition:

• Individual Asset Purchase

  • Assets may only be used in personal applications.

  • Assets may only be used in lawful applications.

• Commercial Licenses​

  • Assets may be used in commercial and personal applications.

  • Assets may only be modified to display business branding.

  • Assets may only be used in lawful applications.

PROHIBITED USES
Our digital assets may NOT be used:

• For resale or distribution.

• In ways that breach any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

• In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.

• For the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way.
